Food Truck Rules * Registration & Permits - Pre-registration is required unless prior approval is given. - All vendors must provide valid licenses, permits, and insurance if required. - Health department regulations must be followed at all times. * Setup & Placement - Vendors must arrive within assigned setup times. - All trucks must park in designated areas as directed by event staff. - Be fully set up and ready before the event opens. * Safety Requirements - Fire extinguishers are required and must be easily accessible. - Proper ventilation and safe fuel storage must be maintained. - No open flames outside of approved cooking equipment. - Generators must be in safe working condition and properly placed. * Power & Utilities - Vendors are responsible for their own power unless otherwise specified. - Quiet generators are strongly recommended. - No dumping of grease, gray water, or waste on-site. * Cleanliness & Food Safety - Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times. - Use proper food handling, gloves, and storage procedures. - Keep trash contained and dispose of it in designated areas. - Leave your space clean at the end of the event. * Arrival & Departure - Follow all load-in and load-out instructions from staff. - No early teardown unless approved by event organizers. - Drive slowly and safely when entering or exiting the event area. * Sales & Conduct - Clearly display menus and pricing. - Be courteous and professional with all guests. - No alcohol sales unless specifically authorized. * General Guidelines - Vendors must comply with all local laws and event rules. - Event staff reserve the right to relocate or remove vendors if necessary. - Participation implies agreement with all rules and regulations.
